  • Spanish ship owners have been clamoring for the government to post marines on fishing vessels, as France does, but the government has said it cannot do this under Spanish law. Don't the Spanish write their laws? If so they coould change them to support putting marines on their ships

  • It can be enforced after an accident with a huge fine. Its easy for the police to track your text message usage. It can also be enforced when an officer sees a person texting before they cause an accident.

  • Some of these people committed very small act that weren't against children but the laws don't classifythe difference between child molester and sex offender. I agree that child molesters need to suffer, but some of these people had consensual sex and then the girl cried rape due to embarrassment.
